Martial arts has always been an interest of mine.
I have just recently begun my journey in Brazilian jiu-jitsu, an art I easily became very fond of. This art not only helps me stay physically fit and flexible but has also served as a great outlet for stress, as It engages my thought process, through the use of quick problem solving.
